USAA Certification & Training - Charlotte, NC

RJMW Claims Services, a leader in the Catastrophe Claims Adjusting Industry, is offering USAA Certification Testing at our home office in Charlotte, NC. USAA Certification is Required to work USAA claims in the future. The certification is good for 3 years and the test will allow you to recertify if your certification has lapsed. As a primary vendor for USAA we want to make sure you are ready for storm season.

Before the USAA Certification Test RJMW will offer an Xactimate 27.3 Sketch Review. This will prepare you for the USAA test let you know what to expect and how to score well on the test.

USAA requires 3 years of experience in order to take this test.
Space is limited so register now.

Review will include:

  • Xactimate Sketch for Roofs
  • Xactimate Sketch for Interior Rooms
  • Review of how to take the test
COST for the 2 day Review and USAA Testing: $25 in advance, $50 at the door
You are required to register and attend the review class prior to the USAA Certification Testing.
You will need to make sure that you bring your laptop computer with Xactimate 27.3 installed. If you do not have Xactimate 27.3 installed you must have it installed prior to the class.

If you need to install Xactimate 27.3 you can get a FREE demo code from Xactware by going to their website and registering.

There will NOT be an opportunity to install Xactimate 27.3 at the Training Class so you will need to have it installed and ready to go PRIOR to the class.

To install Xactimate you must have a laptop computer with at least the following:

Operating Systems:

  • Windows XP Service Pack 3
  • Windows Vista 32-bit
  • Windows Vista 64-bit (Business or Ultimate)
  • Windows 7 32-bit
  • Windows 7 64-bit

Technical Specifications:
Xactimate 27 can also be used on any Desktop, Laptop, Tablet PC, Convertible, or Netbook that supports these system requirements.

Hard Drive
10 GB of continual free space is recommended to run Xactimate. A 7200+ RPM drive is recommended.
5 GB of continual free space is required to run Xactimate. A 5400 RPM drive is required.
Resolution
Monitor resolution set at 1280x900 or higher.
Monitor resolution must be set to 1024x600 or higher.
Internet
A broadband Internet connection is recommended.
Internet access is required. Internet Explorer 7+ is required.
Optical Drive
A DVD drive is required to install Xactimate from disc.
Prerequisites
Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 (packaged with Xactimate 27)

Microsoft SQL Server 2005/2008 or 2005/2008 Express Edition (2008 Express Edition is packaged with Xactimate 27).

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:

Dress is business casual the same as you should dress for adjusting losses.

All Lodging and Transportation will be at your own expense. When you register for the class we can provide you recommended area to stay in. Unfortunately we are not setup to offer ANY Continuing Education Credits at this time.

Cancellations must be made in writing to RJMW. Cancellations received 5 or more days prior to seminar date will be refunded in full, less a $25 processing fee. Any cancellations less than 5 days from the start of the event will be subject to 50% cancellation fee. Registration fees are transferable to another person with advanced written notification. Registration fees are not transferable to another date or topic without registrant’s written request and RJMW written approval.

Due to possible storms, this class may be canceled if conditions exist that would put Adjusters on standby or deploy Adjusters. RJMW has the option to cancel this class at anytime. A full refund will be provided if the class is canceled by RJMW due to a storm event.
