RJMW Claims Services, a leader in the Catastrophe Claims Adjusting Industry, is offering a 5 day class for New Adjusters. This is a comprehensive class that will cover the basics of being an Insurance Adjuster for Property Claims and how to handle claims and use Xactimate 27 for completing property claims.

All persons interested in becoming professional Catastrophe adjusters for Property Claims or current adjusters with limited Property Claims experience who have NEVER worked for RJMW before, should take this class. This class is also good for beginning Adjusters who need a refresher on the claims process.

This class is not designed for preparation of any state Adjusters licensing exam. You do not have to be a licensed Adjuster to attend this class. This class will not certify you to work claims in any state or certify you to work claims for a specific Insurance Carrier.

If you do not already have Xactimate 27.3 installed you must have it installed prior to the class.

If you need to install Xactimate 27.3 you can get a FREE 30 day demo code from Xactware by going to their website and registering.

There will NOT be an opportunity to install Xactimate 27.3 at the Training Class so you will need to have it installed and ready to go PRIOR to the class. Below are the system requirements for Xactimate 27.3

To install Xactimate you must have a laptop computer with at least the following:

ATTIRE: Dress is business casual the same as you should dress for adjusting losses. You will need to make sure that you bring proper foot wear to allow climbing of roofs.

Computers and Basic Computer Skills

An external mouse is strongly recommended as you may find it difficult to draw sketches using laptop touch pads.

In order to take this class you will need to be able to load Xactimate on your computer. If your computer is over 3 years old you might want to consider getting another computer before the class as Xactimate will likely not run on a system older than 3 years.

In order to use Xactimate you must have a basic understanding of PC based computers and how to operate it. If you cannot cut, copy and paste or do basic file operations you will need to know this before the class. There are some free training sites on the Internet and CDs that you can purchase. All Lodging and Transportation will be at your own expense.  When you register for the class we can provide you recommended area to stay in. Unfortunately we are not setup to offer ANY Continuing Education Credits at this time.

Cancellations must be made in writing to RJMW. Cancellations received 5 or more days prior to seminar date will be refunded in full, less a $25 processing fee. Any cancellations less than 5 days from the start of the event will be subject to 50% cancellation fee. Registration fees are transferable to another person with advanced written notification. Registration fees are not transferable to another date or topic without registrants written request and RJMW written approval.

Due to possible storms, this class may be canceled if conditions exist that would put Adjusters on standby or deploy Adjusters. RJMW has the option to cancel this class at anytime. A full refund will be provided if the class is canceled by RJMW due to a storm event.
