Serving the Client The primary reason our company exists is to serve and meet our clients' needs. This is especially true when we are faced with major catastrophes. During times when we are not faced with catastrophes, we continually prepare ourselves, our policies, equipment and systems to be as ready as possible to meet the next catastrophic event.
With our highly qualified and dedicated professional adjusters, and a superior and experienced support staff, RJMW can take on the most sophisticated, extensive, and complex claims. We are prepared to meet our clients' needs whenever and wherever we are called.
RJMW maintains vendor contracts with national carriers as well as servicing a number of other clients on a more regional basis. We use the Xactimate estimating program and require all adjusters to be fully electronic (paperless file transfer). From Xactimate, we have custom report forms complete with Statement of Loss and digital photographs. All adjusters are required to have licenses from their home state if the state has a licensing division. At RJMW, we have a required dress code, a quality control program and a reinspection program. We have toll-free voice mail for all of our adjusters and we work both a fee schedule and a daily rate, dependant upon the client's preferences and needs. |
