Clearly, it is impossible to plan for every eventuality and every storm in a way the plan could be executed without some modification. But, we can plan for a wide number of options so that we only have to modify our plan slightly to meet unique and unforeseen needs presented by any specific catastrophe. And, we can also prepare our people to work together to meet our clients' needs in a future catastrophic event. This means that we must constantly challenge and test our systems to make them better. We host a yearly RJMW Catastrophe Conference with attendance that exceeds 150 adjusters in addition to our managers, executives, supervisors and other guests . During the conference, we provide educational classes (CE credits) and showcase the latest equipment and tools available to the professional catastrophe adjuster. We also provide the unique opportunity for our support vendors to showcase their services to our adjusting staff. Furthermore, this event allows RJMW to review with our valued staff all that went well during the year as well as identifying what areas need improving upon.
