Branch Assist Services
The RJMW Branch Assist Division provides examiners/adjusters to our carrier clients during times of large claim events. Most often the need arises out of a major catastrophe.
Branch Assist examiner/adjusters deploy to the offices of the carrier client. Our team works on client systems in client offices, using client process and guidelines. We examine files provided by field adjusters – both staff and contracted. We apply coverage, review estimates, correspond with field adjusters, and maintain communication with the insured throughout the adjusting process. Our team can make payments to the insured and close claims.
