USAA Certification Testing in San Antonio, TX

RJMW Claims Services, a leader in the Catastrophe Claims Adjusting Industry, is offering USAA Certification Testing in the San Antonio Texas area. USAA Certification is Required to work USAA claims in the future. The certification is good for 3 years and the test will allow you to recertify if your certification has lapsed. As a primary vendor for USAA we want to make sure you are ready for Hurricane season.

The day before the USAA Certification Test RJMW will offer an Xactimate Sketch Review. This will prepare you for the USAA Certification test to let you know what to expect and how to score well on the test. A review document will be emailed to you after you register for the test.

USAA requires 3 years of Adjuster experience in order to take this test. You have 2 attempts to pass this test each year. If you have already taken it 2 times you will need to wait until next year to take the test.

Cost for the 1 day Review and 1/2 USAA Testing

Cost of this class will be $75 in advance, $100 at the door. You are required to register and attend the review class which will be held the day prior to the USAA Certification Testing.

Dress is business casual the same as you should dress for adjusting losses. You will need to make sure that you bring your laptop computer with Xactimate 25.1 through 27 installed. If you do not have Xactimate installed you must have it installed prior to the class.

If you need to install Xactimate you can download a FREE demo Here. You can use the key code "DEMOXM8" when prompted during installation to run Xactimate as a demo for 30 days.

There will NOT be an opportunity to install Xactimate at the Training Class so you will need to have it installed and ready to go PRIOR to the class.

To install Xactimate you must have a laptop computer with at least the following:

Windows XP Service Pack 2 (Service Pack 3 starting with Xactimate 25.2.)  

• Windows XP Media Center 2005 Edition - supported starting with Xactimate 25.2.
• Processor Speed - Xactimate 25 requires at least a 1 GHz processor (1.5 GHz or better is recommended)
• RAM - Xactimate 25 requires that your machine have at least 512 MB of RAM (1 GB or better is recommended).
• Hard Drive Space - Xactimate 25 requires that your computer have at least 1.5 Gig of free hard drive space available.
• Monitor Resolution - Xactimate 25 requires that your monitor resolution be set to 1024x768 or higher.

Windows Vista (Any Edition)

• Windows Vista Ultimate - supported starting with Xactimate 25.2.
• Processor Speed - Xactimate 25 requires at least a 1 GHz processor (1.5 GHz or better is recommended)
• RAM - Xactimate 25 requires that your machine have at least 1 GB of RAM.
• Hard Drive Space - Xactimate 25 requires that your computer have at least 1.5 Gig of free hard drive space available.
• Monitor Resolution - Xactimate 25 requires that your monitor resolution be set to 1024x768 or higher.

Refund Policy: RJMW has adjusted the refund policy for this testing as we want to get as many people to test as possible. You can cancel your registration up to 7 days prior to the review class and receive a FULL REFUND. If you cancel less than 7 days before the review class you will only receive a 50% refund. All cancellations must be made in writing to RJMW.

An external mouse is strongly recommended as you may find it difficult to draw sketches using laptop touch pads.

All Lodging and Transportation will be at your own expense. Unfortunately we are not setup to offer ANY Continuing Education Credits for this class.
