USAA Certification & Training in Charlotte, NC

RJMW Claims Services, a leader in the Catastrophe Claims Adjusting Industry, is offering USAA Certification Testing in Charlotte, NC. This test is Required to work USAA claims in the future. The certification is good for 3 years and the test will allow you to recertify if your certification has lapsed.

Before the USAA Certification Test RJMW will offer an Xactimate Sketch Review. This will prepare you for the USAA test let you know what to expect and how to score well on the test.

USAA requires 3 years of experience in order to take this test. USAA does take into account Contractor experience if you have less than 3 years Adjusting experience. RJMW requires that you have a good working knowledge of Xactimate and attend the review session prior to the USAA test. This is the last test we will offer this year so register early as space is limited.

8:00 am - 12:45 pm - Xactimate Sketch Review
12:45 pm - 2:00 pm - Lunch on your own
2:00 pm - 5:30 pm - USAA Certification Testing

Cost for the 1 day Review and USAA Testing

Cost of this class will be $25 in advance, $50 at the door. You are required to register and attend the review class prior to the USAA Certification Testing.

Dress is business casual, the same as you should dress for adjusting losses. You will need to make sure that you bring your laptop computer with Xactimate 25.1 through 25.5 installed. If you do not have Xactimate installed you will need to have it prior to the class.

If you need to install Xactimate you can save and download a FREE 30 day demo Here. You will need to install the file you saved and use the code DEMOXM8 when it asks you for a CD code to install the program.

There will NOT be an opportunity to install Xactimate at the Training Class so you will need to have it installed and ready to go PRIOR to the class.

To install Xactimate you must have a laptop computer with at least the following:

Windows XP Service Pack 2 (Service Pack 3 starting with Xactimate 25.2.)  

• Windows XP Media Center 2005 Edition - supported starting with Xactimate 25.2.
• Processor Speed - Xactimate 25 requires at least a 1 GHz processor (1.5 GHz or better is recommended)
• RAM - Xactimate 25 requires that your machine have at least 512 MB of RAM (1 GB or better is recommended).
• Hard Drive Space - Xactimate 25 requires that your computer have at least 1.5 Gig of free hard drive space available.
• Monitor Resolution - Xactimate 25 requires that your monitor resolution be set to 1024x768 or higher.

Windows Vista or Windows 7 (Any Edition)

• Windows Vista Ultimate - supported starting with Xactimate 25.2.
• Processor Speed - Xactimate 25 requires at least a 1 GHz processor (1.5 GHz or better is recommended)
• RAM - Xactimate 25 requires that your machine have at least 1 GB of RAM.
• Hard Drive Space - Xactimate 25 requires that your computer have at least 1.5 Gig of free hard drive space available.
• Monitor Resolution - Xactimate 25 requires that your monitor resolution be set to 1024x768 or higher.

An external mouse is strongly recommended as you may find it difficult to draw sketches using laptop touch pads.
